We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

We understand that emergencies happen; however, no call/no shows significantly impact our barbers and daily schedule and should be avoided.

If you anticipate arriving 10 minutes or more late, please contact the shop as soon as possible. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled in order to keep our barbers on time and avoid delaying other clients.
